The Alliance has a Management Board that is responsible
for leading the partnership and delivering the vision. Its 11 members are senior individuals from key organisations in Worcester.
The Board commissions Task Groups and Delegates to do work for the Alliance and represent it
at various other partnerships in the city and the county.
The Management Board is both supported and scrutinised
by the Alliance Forum. This group contains individuals from Alliance Member organisations that represent a certain
sector or community in the City. This group informs the work of the Management Board and also acts as a ‘laboratory’
for presenting and discussing new ideas.
Finally, there is an Alliance Consultation Group
that anyone can join. This group is consulted regularly on the work of the Alliance and produces valuable feedback and ideas
to assist the Board and the Observatory.
All of these groups are assisted by the Alliance
Coordinator, who deals with all administration and communication. If you would like to be part of the consultation
