The Alliance holds an annual 'City Summit', bringing together the whole partnership to discuss and debate key issues. This year it was held at the Warndon Community Centre and focused on agreeing the content of Worcester Forward - the Sustainable Community Strategy for 2010. A delegate pack for the day is available:

- The Right Reverend Dr John Inge, Bishop of Worcester

- Professor David Green, Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive of the University of Worcester (and Chair of the Alliance)
- Councillor Simon Geraghty, Leader of Worcester City Council and Cabinet Member with Worcestershire County Council (and Vice-Chair of the Alliance)
